Breakfast in a Jar!

So simple and simply delicious! Breakfast in a jar is a quick and easy preparation that makes having a nutritious breakfast in the morning a cinch!





1 1/2 tablespoons of chia seeds

unsweetened plain almond milk

blueberries or favorite fruit

unsweetened coconut flakes

pure vanilla extract




Take a jar, I like to use old jam jars, add chia seeds, a handful of blueberries, a pinch of coconut flakes, fill jar with almond milk. Add a splash of vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a couple drops of stevia (optional and to your taste). Put the lid on and shake, shake, shake! Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Give a quick shake in the morning before opening the lid. Enjoy!
