Sweet Potato Strands

A great tool in the kitchen can make all the difference in the world of cooking! Tonight I made wild caught, sockeye salmon, with parsley and lemon, asparagus roasted with shallots, and cardamom flavored sweet potato strands.


This is the magic kitchen tool that creates the beautiful vegetable strands in the photo. A favorite vegetable to transform into strands is zucchini. With a little pesto or gravy (as my family calls it!), it will satisfy a pasta craving if you’re cutting back on carbs.
