Gone With the Bad Carbs!

We have been working hard at trying to go “bad” carb free, so tonight I made a delicious grass-fed burger, with sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and stone ground mustard. Yum! You really do not need the bun! Actually, it almost taste better without it! It was a deliciously satisfying meal without the guilt.
